Every PM tool is built for teams of 10+. When you're a founding pair, you need something lighter: a shared space for the 3-5 things that actually matter this week, async daily check-ins, and a single source of truth for decisions without the overhead of Jira or Linear.
CoFounder Board is intentionally minimal: one active sprint, one backlog, one 'parking lot'. Daily async standups sent to email. Built for two people who trust each other but still need coordination.
