The idea

When you want to pair with someone you have to: start a Zoom, share your screen (laggy), or find an online IDE that has both a shared editor AND voice. PairCode is one URL: click, get a shared Monaco editor, one-click voice, zero setup. Works for JS, TS, Python, Rust. The room auto-expires in 4 hours. This is ambitious but I've done the hard part — WebRTC voice is working in a prototype. The shared editor OT is the remaining challenge.
