The 3-column constraint is genuinely refreshing after Jira. Nothing to customize = nothing to procrastinate on.
Moved my entire indie workflow into this. The 'Today' limit forces me to actually prioritize instead of dumping 20 things I'll never touch.
This is the feedback I needed — I was debating adding a 4th column for 'In Review' but comments like this are keeping me disciplined.
